About the role:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other documents.
- Be involved in a range of corporate/commercial matters such as insolvency corporate governance and corporate advisory.
- Advising on the licensing of new brands.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer 1 PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
