Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (FullTime Permanent)
Location: Rocklin CA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a fulltime permanent position in Rocklin CA. The PTA will collaborate with Physical Therapists to provide highquality therapy services to patients caregivers and facilities. This role requires exceptional communication skills clinical acumen and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized care plans that align with professional standards.
- Implement therapy treatments designed to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress updating the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Ensure compliance with Californias Physical Therapy Practice Act and related regulations.
- Build strong connections with patients caregivers and healthcare facilities to enhance service satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a teamoriented mindset.
