Job Description
Responsible for the development construction monitoring and proper functionality of the Universitys Computerized Building Automation systems. Acts as data custodian and system administrator for Johnson Controls ADX Automated Logic Corporation WebCtrl software and Lutron Lighting.
Required Qualifications
Experience in installing configuring and troubleshooting various controls within a large campus network. Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of mechanical engineering. Considerable skills in drafting and preparing contract drawings. Knowledge of windows and Linux operating systems. Ability to test evaluate implement and troubleshoot networking hardware and software malfunctions in a complex campuswide network. Knowledge of various programming languages used for controls of HVAC equipment. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems electrical pneumatic and digital controls. Extensive knowledge of Johnson Controls ADX (extended application and data server) Lutron Lighting Control System and Automated Logic Corporation (WebCtrl software).
