Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead highenergy group training sessions delivering motivation expertise and engagement to every class.
- Mentor and manage a team of fulltime and parttime trainers ensuring excellence in coaching and member experience.
- Stay educated on new F45 workout phases released by HQ conduct quarterly team training sessions with coaches and ensure seamless implementation of updated programming.
- Cover coaching shifts when needed to ensure a seamless member experience
- Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standards including equipment upkeep and overall organization.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members and coaches
- Comprehensive understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology ensuring safe and effective training methodologies.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for health fitness and member success fostering a motivating and engaging environment.
- Highly reliable and punctual with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of coaching.
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
- Drive membership growth & retention through sales efforts executing outreach initiatives and contacting leads.
- Assist in marketing strategies across social media digital/print platforms and community events.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by implementing best practices for client interactions checkins and followups.
- Monitor and improve financial performance by managing budgets optimizing programming and increasing studio profitability.
- Uphold F45 branding and standards to create a toptier fitness environment.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of proven leadership experience in the Health & Fitness industry
- Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (ACE ACSM AFAA NASM NSCA)
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
- 23 years of management experience including staff hiring training and performance management
- Proven ability to drive membership growth lead teams and foster a thriving fitness community
- Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics exercise physiology and group training dynamics
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Flexibility & willingness to work early mornings evenings weekends and special events
