Pay range:
$105622.00 $158434.00The Senior Server Engineer engages in a portfolio of complex enterprise level IT projects. Supports largescale computing platforms and highprofile enterprise technologies. Accountable for the architectural design of the physical virtual and cloud hosted server environments. Successfully balances competing requirements with the needs of our customers. Provide guidance and mentorship to server team members. IS Senior Server Analyst will maintain hardware and software systems including SAN Server OS Datacenters AD DNS DHCP backup owns server security monitoring and software tools to ensure optimum performance reliability and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 6 years experience or equivalent combination. High School Diploma required.
- Certification in virtualization windows or Linux is required. VCPDC VCPDT Microsoft Azure certifications strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4years experience in server and datacenter administration in an enterprise networked environment required.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Server Azrue cloud Linux OS and Virtual Server cloud and VDI. Knowledge of protocols and standards including OSI Ethernet TCP/IP DNS and directory services also required. Excellent interpersonal skills leadership proactive customer service attitude and excellent oral and written skills.
