As anAssociate Chief of Staffat Amenitiz youll be at the heart of our mission to help hoteliers thrive. Your focus Coordinating strategic projects that drive Amenitizs vision forward analyzing key data to guide decisions and preparing executivelevel presentations that drive alignment across teams and external stakeholders. Youll be a vital force in ensuring major company priorities are executed seamlessly directly contributing to our companys longterm growth.
- Project Management: Proactively drive key strategic projects from scope definition to milestone tracking maintaining crossfunctional collaboration and removing blockers as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze relevant metrics synthesizing insights to inform leadership decisions and highlight key trends.
- Strategy & OKR Process Support: Help manage the endtoend Strategy and OKR cycle by facilitating updates ensuring accountability and refining company rituals for continuous improvement.
- Executive Communications: Prepare presentations briefs and reports for internal leadership forums and external stakeholder meetings including Board meetings and investor reporting.
- 24 yearsinStrategy Consulting or Special Projects with a track record of driving crossfunctional initiatives in a fastpaced setting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills proficient with data analysis and reporting tools to uncover trends and craft datainformed recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication comfortable producing executivelevel materials and aligning with stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership and external partners).
- Highly organized adept at prioritizing multiple tasks meeting tight deadlines and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
- Collaborative with solid stakeholder management skilled at rallying stakeholders around shared objectives and unblocking challenges swiftly working across various teams and senior leadership levels.
- Proactive resourceful and resultsoriented excited by the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Fluency in English confident communicating in an international environment delivering polished documents and presenting to a global audience.
