Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Sales Business Development professional to join our team at Kshipra Academy. This is a fulltime midlevel position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of work experience in sales and business development. The primary focus will be on executing sales strategies and building relationships with prospective candidates especially from institutes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have substantial experience with sales strategy with a focus on creating effective plans for business growth. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in prospecting identifying potential clients and building a strong client base. (Mandatory skill)
  • Candidates with experience in engaging with educational institutes are highly desirable. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction over time.
  • Strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and offerings.
  • Ability to close deals efficiently ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
  • Experience implementing sales strategies specifically tailored for the education and training industry.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Kshipra Academys training programs and certifications.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within educational institutes and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our program offerings and benefits to potential clients.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and support promotional activities.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to support their career development objectives effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and ensuring a steady revenue stream.
  • Provide regular feedback and market analysis to the management team to guide strategic decisions.
