Were hiring painters for Summer 2025! Our growing business based in Welland Ontario is tackling exciting painting projects all across Niagara. No experience No problem! We provide full training all you need is a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Requirements:
Fulltime commitment 4050 hours per week)
Hardworking & Coachable We train you but you need to be willing to learn
Strong Communication Skills Youll be working with clients & teammates
Valid Drivers License & FullTime Access to a Vehicle (for equipment & materials)
HandsOn Experience Preferred (but not required well train you!
Job Responsibilities :
Complete painting projects from start to finish ensuring a high standard of quality
Maintain clean and organized worksites daily to ensure safety and efficiency
Communicate regularly with homeowners and the business owner to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage daytoday project tasks including setup preparation painting/staining and cleanup
Follow company procedures to complete interior and exterior painting/staining work professionally
Take ownership of assigned projects ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
Pay Structure :
Starting at $17.20/hour Everyone begins at the base rate while training
Increases available As you gain experience and prove your skills your pay will increase
Performancebased bonuses Earn more for highquality work and efficiency
