Job Description
Roscoe Mountain Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Bartender. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.
Compensation: $12 to $15 per hour plus tips and event gratuity
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies including all glassware expendable paper and other supplies
- Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s) glassware and equipment
- Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Collects payment for drinks served
- Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
- Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
- Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes mixes and premixed drinks
- Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned
- Adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Education and Experience Requirements
- 12 years of bartending experience
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
- Working knowledge of beer wine and liquor and common drink recipes
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Organized able to work well in fast paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
