Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficiency with Tools
- Windows Server OS
- Windows HyperV
- Windows OS 10 and 11
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management;
- Proficiency in Research and Development of IT Solutions to address system issues
- Demonstrated excellence in planning implementing and managing IT projects/operations
- Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Data Center operations
- Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operation.
- Knowledge of networking and networkbased software applications.
- Demonstrated experience in a Federal Enterprise IT environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing solutions independently
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework (currently v4
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of experience in Desktop/Laptop administration and support.
- 10 years of experience in Server Administration.
- 10 years of experience in Configuration Management.
- 10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Extensive experience designing maintaining monitoring and troubleshooting MECM infrastructure.
- Windows Server installation configuration troubleshooting Configuration Management and patching.
- Windows Desktop/Laptop installation configuration Configuration Management Image Creation patching and troubleshooting
- Experience with managing and deploying Windows Desktop/Laptop drivers and Firmware.
- Expertise with PowerShell and other scripting. Experience with PowerShell App Deployment toolkit a plus.
- Expertise with MECM Application Packaging deployments monitoring and troubleshooting
- Active Directory Experience with expertise in developing GPO for Windows OS
- Virtualization Environment Experience
- Network Printing Experience
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Solutions
- Vulnerability Identification and Remediation
- Familiarity with Backup and Disaster Recovery
- NOAA Public Trust Eligible

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $100K$130K. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
