Overview
Due to our continued growth we are seeing a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic MEP team in our Boston MA office.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHill is a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston and Metro Park NJ.
Responsibilities
- Field survey of existing mechanical systems
- Design of HVAC systems for commercial industrial and healthcarefacilities
- Preparation of construction documents including drawings specifications calculations and details
- Approval of mechanical submittals and aid in RFI responses during construction administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 510 years experience
- Ability to work independently with general instructions/guidance from project manager and produce the expected results
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to work on several projects at once
- Experienced in engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD) required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to proactivelycollaborate during the design and construction process
