Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of invasive radiology procedures including complex cases such as Interventional Radiology studies. Serves as a liaison to internal/external departments/agencies and coordinates scheduled procedures with multiple patient care and testing areas. Assists supervisor with QA projects and perform support duties as required.
Associates degree and two years relevant experience preferably in a health care setting or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to management multiple priorities excellent communication and computer skills. Must be able to work independently.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical scheduling experience preferred.
MondayFriday; Specific hours to be determined. May be required to work overtime based on departmental needs.
This is a part time position 20 hours a week.
