First (Days)Overview:
SRMH Gastroenterology in Harrisonburg VA is looking to hire a Scheduler. This is a hybrid position. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Schedules procedures for patients in a computerized scheduling system. Accountable for accurately obtaining required information in the scheduling process ensuring the correct patient and procedure requested has been scheduled.
Schedules appointments and procedures for patients and verifies patient information. Responsible for order entry process communications guest relations medical records maintenance and analysis. Performs various clerical and administrative duties.
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related area such as a customer service environment in a medical office or in a healthcare environment.
- EPIC experience preferred.
