- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics/procurement sourcing and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Product Revamp: Identify products that were previously successful and develop strategies to revitalize their market presence.
- Product Potential: Recognize products with high potential and use available resources to maximize their market impact.
