Job Description
- Drive to customers location at specified times and adhere to a strict schedule
- Provide safety inspection and diagnose the customers gate and gate opener issues
- Resolve the customers problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products training and warranties
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Exceptional work ethic and the ability to make good decisions
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Must be punctual responsible and dependable
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work together as a team
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must possess a clean background check and be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic Mechanical Skills
- High School Diploma or GED some college preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
