What Youll Do:
Practice Leadership Build and lead the Automation & Testing practice ensuring toptier service delivery.
Team Development Foster a highperforming team through mentorship and training.
Business Growth Identify new opportunities and drive business development across teams.
Innovation & Strategy Stay ahead of industry trends positioning the practice as a leader in AIdriven testing.
Operational Excellence Oversee key consulting activities like scheduling business updates and practice meetings.
What You Bring:
10 years of experience establishing Testing Centers of Excellence (COE) across industries.
Extensive leadership experience in testing & automation services at a senior level.
Strong background in consulting & professional services delivering highimpact solutions.
Proven ability to mentor lead and engage teams to drive success.
Deep expertise in automation & testing technologies with an innovationfirst approach.
Skilled in stakeholder management influencing decisions and identifying business opportunities.
Highly organized with exceptional communication & consulting skills.
Passion for disruptive thinking challenging norms and pioneering new approaches.
