About the Role
As a Service Manager you will oversee daytoday service delivery ensuring compliance with regulatory and contract requirements. You will champion innovation digital engagement and continuous improvement to enhance the lives of those we support. Your leadership will help create a culture that values human rights diversity and active citizenship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead motivate and develop teams to provide outstanding support.
Drive service improvement by using datadriven insights and reflective practice.
Manage financial and staffing resources efficiently to maintain high standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including families and health professionals.
Support workforce development including training supervision and recruitment.
What Were Looking For
NVQ Level 3with a willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or earlier equivalent qualifications such as Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMCS).
Experience in a management role within the social care sector.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of compliance safeguarding and best practices in care.
A valuesdriven approach with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
Comfortable using digital tools like Microsoft Office and data reporting systems (e.g. Power BI).
