Job Summary:
VP Management is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Satisfaction Specialist. This is a fulltime individual contributor role located at our management company in Princeton West Virginia. The Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay and will work closely with management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Maintain guests survey reports on multiple franchises
Address any questions or concerns guests may have during their stay
Monitor guest satisfaction through franchise reports surveys and feedback forms
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective solutions to guest concerns
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times providing exceptional customer service
Keep track of and report on guest satisfaction metrics
Remain knowledgeable about hotel/restaurant facilities services and events to better assist guests
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
12 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospitality setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with hotel/restaurant operations and guest satisfaction metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
Ability to stand walk and lift up to 25 pounds
