Job Description
ClosetsbyDesign is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design manufacture and install a complete line of custom closets home office furniture media systems garage cabinetry flooring and much more.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic motivated and organized individual to immediately fill the position of Production Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the plants daily operations and team members
- Scheduling production output to meet and exceed installation deadlines
- Preventive Maintenance of machinery and full understanding of production standards product lines and installation techniques
- Enforcing strict quality control standards
- Tracking and Receiving all purchased materials
- Maintain an efficient inventory of materials
- Work closely with Installation Manager and reporting to Operations Manager
Job Requirements
- Experience in woodworking or cabinet making
- Prior management experience
- History working with hand tools and large equipment
- Excellent problem solving skills ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Motivating Team Builder
- Quality focused
