Responsibilities
What Youll Do: As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Symbria you will:
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective customized treatment plans for patients.
- Set individualized goals and provide handson support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patientcentered care.
- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and act as a trusted partner in your community.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
- Valid state license or pending license for new graduates.
- Experience in acute care longterm care or rehabilitation is a plus but not required!
