Are you a dynamic marketing leader who loves crafting compelling brand stories driving subscriber growth and making an impact Were looking for an experienced Senior Marketing & Branding Manager to lead strategic and handson marketing initiatives working across multiple channels and partners. In this role youll combine analytical thinking with creativity bringing fresh ideas to life in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Tasks:
- Drive Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute exciting marketing campaigns that attract and retain subscribers
- Collaborate & Partner: Work closely with TV and media partners hockey clubs leagues and agencies to ensure successful campaigns
- Measure & Improve: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze results and optimize strategies for maximum impact
- Shape the Brand: Ensure consistent compelling messaging that strengthens our brand presence
- Tailor Marketing for Each Channel: Adapt messaging and for digital social media paid and organic marketing
- Strategic Leadership: Develop clear marketing roadmaps and guides to ensure smooth across teams
- Influence & Inspire: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders gaining their support for marketing initiatives
- Lead with Vision: Empower teams optimize resources and drive forwardthinking decisions
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 10 years of experience in brand management marketing and campaign
- A passion for sports ideally ice hockey and a strong understanding of the sports media and commercial landscape
- A datadriven mindset using insights to shape strategy and measure success
- Experience working with Clevel stakeholders while also being handson when needed
- A natural problemsolver who can simplify complexity drive change and make bold decisions
- Strong leadership skills in crossfunctional and indirect team environments
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (German & English required French is a plus)
