About this role

As the Digital Marketing Manager on our Channel Marketing team you will lead the creation of impactful digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business results. Youll focus on developing onsite banners landing pages popups and other interactive touchpoints ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity technical knowhow and collaboration as youll partner with crossfunctional teams including Pricing Integrated Campaigns Lifecycle Marketing Product Martech Data Science and other stakeholders across the business.

In this role youll have the opportunity to shape the future of our digital marketing strategy work with cuttingedge tools and develop expertise across multiple marketing channels and platforms.

About your Skills:

  • Analytical: You have a datadriven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to measure experiment and optimize CRM communications. You have a solid understanding of marketing analytics data platforms and marketing technology.

  • Influencing: You build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and strategically leverage them to drive initiatives forward. You find solutions that align stakeholders while maintaining a resultsoriented mindset. Youre also confident in pushing back when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for the team and business.

  • Decision Making: You apply critical thinking to evaluate multiple perspectives and follow a structured decisionmaking process. Once a decision is made you communicate it clearly ensuring alignment and seamless across teams.

  • Projectmanagement: You have strong project management skills and a proven ability to coordinate crossfunctional collaboration particularly with Creative MarTech and Lifecycle teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

What youll be doing:

  • Designing and implementing digital marketing assets such as banners landing pages popups and other onsite experiences to engage users and achieve campaign objectives.

  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsincluding Pricing Product Martech Creative and Engineeringto ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

  • Leveraging customer engagement platforms like Braze Pendo or Contentful to personalize experiences optimize user journeys and manage content.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital assets using datadriven insights to inform continuous improvement.

  • Staying informed on the latest trends in digital marketing personalization and customer engagement tools to drive innovation and improve customer experiences.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for digital experiences within the Channel Marketing team sharing best practices and identifying growth opportunities.

What youll have:

  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing CRM or marketing operations with a proven track record of driving engagement and retention.

  • Expertise in channel best practices customer journey mapping and CRM tools with handson experience managing email push notifications and inapp messaging.

  • Proficiency with customer engagement platforms such as Braze Pendo and Contentful along with CMS and A/B testing tools to optimize digital experiences.

  • Strong personalization skills leveraging dynamic content and segmentation strategies to create tailored customer experiences that drive results.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors including but not limited to jobrelated skills qualifications experience and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
