SPIFF BASED PER APPT HRLY

Looking for a forwardthinking company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Position Overview: The BDC Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads qualifying prospects scheduling appointments and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication organizational skills and a passion for driving business growth through effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone email and chat ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs and determine whether they are a good fit for the services or products offered.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for sales teams ensuring a smooth handoff and seamless customer experience.
  • FollowUp: Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and keep potential customers engaged throughout their buying journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and lead nurturing.
  • CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain lead information in the CRM system tracking interactions and updating lead status.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly goals for lead generation appointment setting and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a BDC sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) preferred.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communication.
  • Goaloriented with a passion for driving results and fostering customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Downloads and follows up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Answers all inbound profit center calls sales service parts and body shop.
  • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Make CSI followup calls.
  • Contacts all noshows to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Advises customers on specialorder parts status appointment reminders and recall campaigns.
  • Works on service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid drivers license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
