Job Description
Are you passionate about languages and culture Are you ready to embark on a linguistic journey and help foster a lifelong love for languages in young learners If youve answered yes to these questions and want to be part of a community of professionals working to make a difference in the lives of so many young people then we may just have an opportunity for you !
Our International Language Instructors will have an opportunity to teach e lementary students who wish to preserve their language and cultural heritage as well as e lementary students who wish to study and learn the traditions and culture of another language.
This summer program will run daily Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from July 2 2025 to J uly 25 2025 for inclass delivery contingent upon sufficient program(s)/course(s) enrollment and may be cancelled for reasons as determined by the Board.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Must be fluent in the target language
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies
- Instruction in the target language
- Experience working with international languages an asset
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Experience working with students and knowledge of differentiated instruction
St. Catharines:
Italian Portuguese Russian Spanish Ukrainian Yoruba
Grimsby:
Spanish Polish
Niagara Falls:
Arabic Chinese Hindi Italian Japanese Punjabi Spanish Urdu
