Location:Colorado Springs Colorado
Status: PartTime or Full Time (Part time Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)
Visit rates:$70 $125 per visit

As a Home Health Physical Therapist heres a bigpicture view of what youll do:
- Provide homebased physical therapy to pediatricpatients who have lost mobility strength and functionality due to an illness or injury
- Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN LPN CNA HHA OT and SLP focused on the patients plan of care and goals
- Observe movements conduct assessments document progress and modify care plan as needed
- Assist pediatric patient with exercises and handson therapy to manage pain and increase mobility
- Educate pediatricpatients on their plan of care established goals exercises and selfcare
- Coach family on the plan of care therapy goals and safely assisting with exercises
A few musthaves for Home Health Physical Therapists:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado.
- Minimum of one 1)yearof physical therapy experience ideally in home healthcare
- No Covid Vaccination Required
- Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Good clinical judgement critical thinking skills strong communicator empathy and compassion
