UPS is seeking a motivated and curious UX Design Coop to join our Digital Experience team. As a UX Coop you will work alongside experienced designers product managers researchers and developers to craft intuitive accessible and impactful digital experiences that power the worlds most trusted logistics network. This is a unique opportunity to apply design thinking principles to realworld enterprise challenges and contribute to usercentered solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support UX designers in creating wireframes user flows mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Engineering and Research to ensure cohesive and consistent designs.
- Participate in user research sessions usability testing and design workshops to understand user needs and pain points.
- Assist in organizing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UI libraries.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users stakeholders and team members.
- Help document design decisions and maintain project files for crossteam collaboration.
- Stay up to date with UX trends tools and best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in User Experience Design HumanComputer Interaction Graphic Design Digital Media Psychology Computer Science or related field.
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
- Understanding of UX principles usercentered design and responsive design practices.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly both visually and verbally.
- Must be able to speak to previous UX/UI projects or personal work
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Experience with prototyping tools and/or usability testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a bonus but not required.
