Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical QA/QC Engineer for a Data Center project.
Location: Gavle Sweden
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the QA/QC plan and procedures specific to the project.
- Ensuring all quality control documentation is compliant with standards and project requirements.
- Conducting inspections and tests on mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and piping.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspections tests and quality control activities.
- Preparing and reviewing test packs inspection reports and other QA/QC documentation.
- Verifing that materials and equipment meet project specifications and standards.
- Provide weekly reports on QAQC performance troubleshoot issues and manage walkdown schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree in a mechanical discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 35 years of experience in Mechanical QAQC within industrial projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to present specification requirements to project teams and demonstrate compliance.
- Preferred Experience: Industrial and process project experience with a strong understanding of piping and HVAC systems.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality assurance and control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- English B2
