Our MissionJob Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Behavioral Therapist with RBT certification to join our team. Focus on providing highquality comprehensive treatment to children ages 25 with autism and related disorders. Enjoy the benefits of working onsite with no travel required alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement customized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
Monitor the childs progress through data collection.
Communicate effectively with families and team members.
Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Attend team meetings and training sessions for skill improvement.
Collaborate with other team members for holistic care.
Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards.
Achieve specified productivity and billable hours targets of 36.25 37.50 hours per week.
Reporting Structure:
The Behavioral Technician will report directly to the BCBA ensuring a cohesive team approach to care with our multidisciplinary therapy and educational teams.

Qualifications:
RBT certification with experience in child development.
Knowledge of ABA and child psychology preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to engage in floor play and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Hours: Fulltime hourly
