Job Description
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Associates are responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their coworkers by doing daily safety startup checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts (i.e. lockout/tag out while using proper PPE).
Associates are responsible for producing a quality product meeting all specifications of the Work Order ensuring customer satisfaction. Also required to input information into the machine center computer and verify for accuracy.
Production Associate will be expected to complete job tasks within the specified time period. This would include setups changeovers reel changes and material relocation.
Successful candidates must be flexible to run any machine and/or forklift once trained.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Solid stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
Proficient in basic math reading and comprehension of work instructions and use of computer
Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
