Job Description
Food Production Operator
Location: Multiple shifts available at various locations.
Join our dynamic food production team! We are looking for energetic and detailoriented individuals who can handle the fastpaced environment of food production. Youll be responsible for preparing ingredients mixing recipes and managing the operation of our food production lines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Training: Learn and operate various food production lines. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed to succeed in this role.
- Gathering Ingredients: Accurately gather and prepare the required ingredients for each recipe following precise measurements.
- Mixing Recipes: Follow recipes to create our signature products ensuring consistency in flavor texture and quality.
- Equipment Management: Change out production equipment as needed to align with specific product requirements. Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Shift Flexibility: Availability to work different shifts as required.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6 am 5 pm
- 2nd Shift: 4 pm 2:30 am
- 3rd Shift: 8 pm 6 am
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food production or a similar environment preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
