driven Then the Community Workforce Connector position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic
and teamoriented individual to join our spirited team.
As a Community Workforce Connector you will be responsible for building relationships with
agencies educational institutions and communitybased organizations to connect participants
to available services and to aid individuals who need further assistance
Responsibilities
Successful Elements:
Meet with agencies to build a positive collaborative working relationship
Meet with educational institutions to learn about their programs and services
Meet with community organizations to learn about their missions and share information
about our mission and goals
Work with the Career Advisors to determine if additional partner agencies and employers
are desired to meet the needs of our customers
Disseminate information about our program to communitybased organizations
Actively communicate with and update communitybased organizations on our program
Act as liaison between various departments to meet customer needs
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience in human services sales training and interpersonal skills
Experience in a teamoriented environment
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
A valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportation is required
Regional travel is required
