Minimum 46 years of handson experience supporting the full software development supporting system improvements/enhancements and resolution of defects/issues for 2 DCSA software applications.
Must have experience supporting applications using technologies including: Microsoft .NET (version 4.x) WinForms Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Entity Framework (EF) Microsoft Bing Maps COM Interop Microsoft Word Automation SQL Query Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Administration & Code Version Management and Adobe RoboHelp.
Minimum 46 years of handson experience supporting Java and Natural Web Services Security and Wise Installer.
Must have 46 years of handson experience debugging and troubleshooting Natural/ADABAS Web Services.
Must be able to work onsite at DSCA office in Washington DC. Telework may also be available at the discretion of the government.

Duties & Responsibilities
The DCSA Software Developer provides development modernization and enhancement (DME) support as well as resolution of defects and operational issues for the entire IT lifecycle of 2 DCSA applications: Field Work System (FWS) and NonField Work (NFW). This includes but is not limited to user story and technical requirement documentation design development resolution of defects and operational issues implementation deployment and maintenance of FWS and NFW.
Perform O&M Corrective Maintenance actions that encompass modifications to fix application problems caused by design logic coding development and/or infrastructure errors for FWS and NFW systems. The Software Developer responds to defects and operational support issues submitted through the DCSA approved incident management system or change management system as well as provide Tier 3 Help Desk support to respond to user issues and application defects.
Perform all project phases and activities required to build test and deploy all SteadyState Corrective Maintenance changes as necessary to fix the application problems. SteadyState Corrective Maintenance consists of the action(s) taken to restore a failed system to operational status. This usually involves replacing or repairing the software component that is responsible for the failure in the system.
Develop using the Agile Scrum methodology providing working capabilities on a planned Sprint cycle. DME projects shall be developed in accordance with DCSA and other applicable Federal standards and guidelines.
Deliver endofSprint deployments to System Integration Testing (SIT)/IV&V provide release notes and allow for functional modules to be extensively tested by DCSA while other functional modules are being developed.
Deliver a complete set of user and technical documentation in electronic form along with each Sprint cycle and hard copy paper documentation.
Respond to ServiceNow tickets related to FWS and NFW user issues and its components.
Provide weekly reports and triage summaries.
Deliverables
Analysis and testing for Infrastructure or Software Upgrade. Results from testing for minor and major upgrades
Application Software and Database Design Description Document. Module logic and flow data model and data dictionary error and exception processing cyber security and user access control and online and offline processing and data exchange
Application Version Description Document. Configuration control to track and control versions to be released to the operational environment
Applicationrelated documents including User Manual Operations Manual Code Review Bug Report Source Code Compiled Code Deficiency Reports Release Notes etc.
