Job Description
- Job Title: NonIT Recruiter Sales Hiring
- Company: 2COMS
- Location: Kolkata
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales hiring Channel Sales Project Sales Modern Trade Sales NonIT hiring
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications to attract suitable candidates.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards career fairs social media platforms employee referrals and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates qualifications work experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates using behavioral and competencybased interview techniques.
- Schedule interviews coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication between candidates and the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers including salary negotiations benefits and start dates.
- Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work to attract highquality candidates.
