Job Description
Job Title: Lead NodeJS Developer
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Work Model)
Start Date: Immediate Joiner / 2 Weeks Notice Required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 5 developers in the creation and maintenance of applications.
Design serverless architecture for building and running applications and services.
Optimize web stack and server performance.
Ensure code integrity through reviews unit testing and integration testing.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Must Have Skills:
Total 8 years Experince
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Node.js Developer.
Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Indepth knowledge of Node.js.
Proficient in HTML CSS and AJAX.
Strong experience in objectoriented design using JavaScript and ES6.
Familiarity with web stack and web server optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills and problemsolving aptitude.
Experience with serverless architectures.
Knowledge of software engineering best practices including design patterns and testing.
Experience with cloud platforms.
Database skills in Postgres SQL and MySQL.
Previous leadership experience in managing a team.
Experience with AWS Cloud.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with MongoDB and Cassandra databases.
Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or SQS.
