Higher level admin/office support. Performs data analysis for Schmid College Academic Operations.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and administering surveys creating spreadsheets inputting and analyzing data drafting emails and presentations of data updating lists filing labeling and organizing paper and electronic files coordinating and preparing for meetings. Other projects as assigned. This position is designed to be a yearround role.
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with or willing to learn Qualtrics to administer and manage surveys. Ability to work with all personality types and varying responsibilities. Professional and courteous demeanor. A commitment to educational quality a team player who takes direction easily. Previous office experience customer service experience and general knowledge of Schmid College.
