• PO Creation & Management: Generate purchase orders (POs) for materials and supplies needed for each project ensuring timely procurement to keep installations on schedule.
• Ordering Materials: Manage the ordering process ensuring materials are sourced ordered and delivered on time for all installation projects.
• Keep the Warehouse Immaculately Organized: Ensure that every tool part and piece of equipment is in its place keeping our operations running smoothly and our teams on track.
• Stock Management: Maintain and track warehouse inventory ensuring we have everything needed for each project while avoiding overstocking or shortages.
• Material Returns Handling: Manage returns efficiently ensuring materials are checked in and properly sorted so we can reuse resources where possible.
• Track & Maintain Tools and Trucks: From ladders to company vehicles youll ensure that everything is properly accounted for wellmaintained and ready to go when our teams need it.
