- Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance the efficiency of applicant generation.
- Research and targets new and diverse talent pools to engage and build a pipeline of talent.
- Screen qualified candidates by leveragingjobboards referrals search engines and other creative headhunting techniques.
- Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Completes all initial documentation and preemployment paperwork prior to new hires start date as needed.
- Assists in developing arecruitmentplan along with Talent SourcingSpecialist.
- Assists in planning monthlyrecruitmentactivities.
- Attendjobfairs as needed.
- Continually evaluatesrecruitmentstrategies initiatives events and engagement techniques.
- Ensures and documents that recruiting activities support affirmative action plan.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization and help develop arecruitmentstrategy to support current hiring needs and future growth that align with the organizations culture mission values and goals.
- Coordinates interviews and serves as a standin during interviews when hiring managers are not available.
