Job Description
Compensation:
- Nonexempt/hourly
- Full wage scale is $25.77 to $34.81 per hour
- New hires are placed on our starting wage scale of $25.77 to $30.29 per hour
- SignOn Bonus: $2000 prorated by FTE and subject to 2year payback clause
Work Schedule:
- Full time 40 hours per week)
- 10hour days only
- MondayFriday occasional Saturdays
- Day shifts only

Job Summary
The Medical Assistant provides and coordinates medical care in an outpatient setting following a patientcentered primary care model including the following tasks:
- Completes patient rooming process.
- Completes patient testing and procedures following provider orders/standing orders.
- Performs desktop management and computer tasks.
- Performs immunizations and injections.
- Performs general clinical operation duties.
- Precepts new employees and coaches MA Apprentices.
- Orders supplies medications and vaccines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of Medical Assisting experience
- Experience in an outpatient clinic serving all ages including providing immunizations
- A strong interest in working with a diverse patient population
