About Us:
JobOverview:
As anEpicor ERP Functional Consultant your primary responsibility will be toprovide expertise and guidance on utilizing the Epicor ERP system to meet aclients business requirements. You will work closely with clients on the projectmanagers and technical teams to gather user requirements analyze processesand configure the Epicor system accordingly. Additionally you will provideuser training support system testing and assist in postimplementationactivities.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree ininformation systems computer science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experiencewith Epicor ERP system preferably in multiple modules.
- Proven experience as an EpicorFunctional Consultant or similar role working on ERP implementation projects.
- Proficient in Epicorconfiguration and customization tools such as Epicor Administration ConsoleBPM and Crystal Reports.
- Sound understanding of businessprocesses and ability to translate user requirements into systemfunctionalities.
- Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills to identify gaps and suggest effective solutions.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and crossfunctionalteams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasksand priorities within project timelines.
- A solid understanding of projectmanagement methodologies and practices.
Roles andResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients tounderstand their business processes and system requirements.
- Conduct system analysis andgapfit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may berequired.
- Configure and customize theEpicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like EpicorAdministration Console and BPM.
- Develop detailed functionalspecifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements.
- Provide enduser training andsupport during system implementation and postimplementation phases.
- Assist in creating test plans testscripts and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectivenessof the implemented solutions.
- Address and troubleshoot systemissues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation.
- Collaborate with technical teamsto communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes orenhancements.
- Stay updated with the latestEpicor ERP functionalities trends and best practices and providerecommendations for process improvements.
- Participatein project meetings communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders andprovide regular status reports.
