- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell our soccer camps clinics tours and coaching services within your assigned region.
- Marketing & Promotions: Implement marketing strategies to drive registrations and increase brand awareness.
- Coach Management: Oversee and support our international coaching staff during the summer programs.
- Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with soccer clubs schools and organizations to expand our reach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyoull be interacting with club directors coaches and parents daily.
- Excellent attention to detailorganization is key when managing multiple programs.
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in a teamoriented culture.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Flexible schedulethis is not a standard office job; evenings and weekends may be required.

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.
What is TinyTykes
TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.
What is the Challenger Soccer Academy
Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
