Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Sales Manager to oversee our sales team at Steven Nissan. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations mentoring and motivating the team and achieving dealership sales goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
  • Provide coaching training and performance feedback to sales consultants.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments including finance and service to ensure seamless customer transactions.
  • Assist in inventory management pricing strategies and advertising campaigns.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
