Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide technical support to senior engineers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Ability to engage professionally with clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
