About the role
Reporting to the Global Finance Service Delivery Lead (based in Melbourne) and partnering closely with the Finance Director EMEA and the EMEA R2R Lead this projectbased role focuses on driving continuous improvement and strengthening governance across key financial processes in the EMEA region.
Note: This is a 9month fulltime fixedterm contract.
- Enhance governance and compliance ensuring processes align with company policies and global frameworks.
- Implement robust financial controls to support compliance risk management and operational integrity.
- Lead endtoend process improvement by mapping workflows defining roles and identifying automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and embed efficient commercially viable finance processes.
- Drive change management by embedding process enhancements and monitoring effectiveness.
- Leverage financial expertise to analyse transaction flows optimise efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
About you
Youre a proactive and resultsdriven finance professional with a passion for process improvement and governance. With a strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence at all levels you thrive in a fastpaced environment where you can drive meaningful change.
- 5 years experience in finance ideally within FMCG
- Strong understanding of business process improvement financial governance and internal controls.
- Highly organised with a structured approach to delivering quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive results.
- Confident selfstarter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
