Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose reproduce and resolve hardware firmware and software issues.
- Escalate unresolved problems and deliver workarounds when needed.
System Design & Integration
AI Datacenter Infrastructure
- Define system design requirements for AI workloads; Develop reference configurations and technical guides.
Hardware Deployment & Validation
- Install configure and bring up server hardware. Perform functional and performance validation testing.
Technical Documentation & Collateral
- Develop product specifications design guides application notes and other technical resources.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in EE CS or simillar
- 10 years of in customer facing engineering solutions engineering or similar
- 10 years for enterprise data center product.
- x86 Bringup deployment and system integration
- Automation expertise (Shell Golang Python)
- K8s ML Frameworks (ONNX TensorFlow)
- GPU and TPU delivery
- Professionallevel interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor communication to different technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation and problemsolving abilities.
