What youll experience:
As a Solution Specialist in their team you will:
- Maximize upsell and crosssell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
- Present value propositions and differentiation that align to customers business objectives and IT initiatives based on expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloudbased solutions.
- Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios.
- Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought.
- Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams.
- Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
- Conduct group and oneonone trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise.
Well be a great match if you:
- Minimum 36 years of experience in technologyrelated sales or business development with a preference for experience in a technical sales or presales environment.
- Broad knowledge and ability to explain key enduser scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
- Preferred demonstrated knowledge of identity authentication security privacy and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
- Experience with the design migration and management of cloudbased productivity collaboration and communications solutions.
- An understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies business drivers and emerging computing trends. Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entering the role with L200 certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree required with a preference for a Masters degree. Major or minor in computer science mathematics or engineering is preferred and experience in one of these relevant fields is a bonus.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
- Selfmotivated and proactive in independently growing technical knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customerfacing role.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value.
- Successdriven able to work well in a diverse team and comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Passion for cloud technologies and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Language skills: Intermediate or Fluent in English (verbal and written) Fluent or Native in the supported market (verbal and written)
