Job Description
10 years of experience in UI development with a focus on React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern frontend tools and technologies.Experience building and maintaining largescale web applications and user portals with complex data interactions.Indepth knowledge of React and Redux along with strong UI component design and state management skills.Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow engines including integrating business process management (BPM) systems into web applications.Familiarity with Javabased platforms and backend integration including REST APIs and web services.Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control (Git).Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in designing intuitive userfriendly interfaces.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Experience with CI/CD pipelines testing frameworks and performance optimization tools.Ability to lead a team provide mentorship and drive technical direction.Lead the development and maintenance of responsive highperformance web applications using React Redux and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (product backend design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Architect and build scalable reusable and maintainable UI components for largescale applications.Work closely with the backend team to integrate and optimize Camundabased workflows and Java platform services into the UI layerParticipate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to performance optimization debugging and troubleshooting to deliver a smooth user experience.Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends tools and technologies particularly around React and Javabased systems.Mentor and guide junior developers helping to improve coding standards practices and team productivity.
