We are currently seeking a reliable and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Early Morning or Evening Cleaning Attendant at our gym facility. As a Early Morning or Evening Cleaning Attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our members during nonstaffed hours.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping dusting and sanitizing surfaces throughout the gym facility.
- Clean and disinfect fitness equipment locker rooms restrooms and common areas to ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily tasks.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and guidelines to meet hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient cleaning routine.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns related to cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move cleaning equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work early morning and evening shifts including weekends if necessary.
