You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role will support the Nickel business and team to develop and the of the global sales strategy including the maximizing the value chain from mines to customers for equity products including developing opportunities to provide material solution to stakeholders.
This role will drive performance in the sales and marketing function creating new sales and marketing opportunities and maximise the sustainable value of the global sales book within risk and governance policies.

Target Delivery
Lead the regional sales and marketing team to reach all sales related targets and foster strong and enduring customer relationships
Formulate and execute the annual planning calendar and key related activities
Optimization and Growth
Manage existing and new customer accounts and develop new opportunities / customers to sell volumes globally
Execute the yearly equity sales budget guaranteeing optimised routes to market volume allocation and netback performance
Propose support and develop partnership/ value adding models with key strategic counterparts reflected in specific commercial solutions requiring multistakeholder involvement and consent
Build and develop longterm relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers and suppliers
Risk and Governance
Act as a thought leader in the creation of a of a zerobreach culture including coaching others to embed a zerobreach culture
Deliver the strategy within the approved governance framework
Ensure all transactions are executed within approved limits
People & Teams
Effectively manage the global Nickel sales and Marketing team covering sales operations market risk and analytics
Experience
At least 10 years marketing / trading experience on Nickel and/or related products targeting the stainless and specialty steel segment
Experience of managing multidisciplinary global commodities sales and market organization
Deep knowledge around industry trends and developments in the relevant markets (nickel molybdenum chrome stainless steel etc.
Knowledge of nickel and stainless steel processing technologies
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferably in material science / metallurgy / engineering disciplines or advanced University qualifications preferably in metallurgy material science and engineering.
