Job Title: Senior SAP WMS Specialist
Experience:
- Band 7A: 5 years total 5 years relevant
- Band 6B: 3 years total 3 years relevant
Location: Bangalore Kolkata Chennai Pune Hyderabad (FacetoFace Interview Required)

Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled SAP WMS practitioners to manage support and enhance SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. Candidates will be responsible for handling incidents managing system enhancements coordinating with stakeholders and troubleshooting issues. KT will be provided for related applications as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle user incidents and monitoring requests related to SAP WMS.
- Manage and test changes/enhancements for daily weekly and monthly operations.
- Work closely with users and market SPOCs to resolve issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for system incidents and bugs.
- Coordinate with other IT teams users and market representatives to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide timely updates to leadership on key issues and resolutions.
- Support testing efforts for projects system upgrades and enhancements (manual or scripted testing).
- Document knowledge articles based on resolved issues to improve user selfservice.
- Be available for outofshift support as required (compensatory time off will be provided).
Mandatory Skills:
- SAP WMS expertise
