Position Title: Conversion and Retention Agent

Job Summary: The Conversion and Retention Agent will play a crucial role in engaging clients to enhance their experience boost conversion rates and improve customer retention. This position is essential for establishing longterm relationships with clients across Swedish Desk to ensure their needs are effectively met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Convert leads into customers through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine strategies for retention and conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise effective retention campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide support during onboarding processes and facilitate seamless transitions for new clients.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Swedish and any other language is a plus (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
